Shelly was a great facilitator I think everybody needs to go on this course no matter what your title role or position it teaches you how to communicate bright and persuade get to the point in a world where people cannot consumer information all the time thank you so much Shelly for a wonderful course I look forward to doing more with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing two days. Received so many practical skills that I could use in everyday writing. The highlight for me, was being able to play with a few toys while we learned. It kept the group engage, and Shelly always had the groups attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not recommend Shelly enough! She ran a one day 'write better' workshop for some of us at Trade Me. We all took something away from the session which we have been able to apply to our day to day writing, and we had a hell of a lot of fun while doing it! Thank you Shelly :)

Since attending these workshops, not only has my writing style improved, but my confidence in writing has improved as well. Definitely recommend!!!

I came away feeling confident in my ability to do my job, communicating in general, as well as writing fit for purpose documents and emails.
