After multiple consultations and many detailed questions I definitely felt like my requirements had been met or exceeded. I can't emphasise how much I genuinely felt like Shona had my interests at heart. Although I was presented with more insurance options than I chose to pursue, I never felt as though anything was being forced on me or aggressively sold.
