shosha from otara has very bad customer service and i recognise that because i work at retail and that was not how you treat a customer. Please consider providing better training to the workers especially in regards to customer service

Do y’all really open the store at 9am? On here it says y’all are open but stores still closed! No sign of life in there…..

***VERY HOSTILE*** ***STAY AWAY FROM OTARA SHOSHA*** I wish I could give no stars as a review, I have never given a review in my life but I had to make a Google account just to warn everyone of this. After 3 years of being a loyal customer I have NEVER had ANY issues with ANY shosha store before today. As usual I stocked up on $100 worth of pods however, after paying I noticed that 6 were clearly cracked and I had informed the worker. (This is when the workers would usually be understanding of me not wanting to buy a defected product and then swap them). The worker refused to replace them for a good set, I proceeded to ask for a refund for at least one of the packets (a packet comes with 5) but he said he would not give me that either. During the 5-10 minute encounter I noticed the worker was getting progresivly more hostile and still denying to give me pods that were not cracked AND kept offering me the cracked ones back. Nearing the end of the conversation he hesitantly agreed that he will change them before informing me that they have "run out of the flavour I have chosen" which is understandable so I said "it is okay, I don't mind getting another flavor such as blueberry." This is when the worker said "sorry we cannot mix packets." After explaining my previous encounters at every other shosha store to him clearly and calmly again he then offered me the cracked ones AGAIN before hesistantly replacing 3 for good pods while swapping the remaining 3 for a different flavor/nicotine level that I do not enjoy, THINKING I WOULD NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. This is when I asked if they were different and HE LIED TO MY FACE with a high voice saying no just to make me leave. After this I did not show him that i was offended but just accepted them anyways because he was getting aggressive (also he was clearly going back on his word from before about the mix and match by giving me random ones). The outcome in the end was very unpleasant to the point where I had to walk away with what he had given me because I could see tears of anger in his eyes so I let him be. If he was not working I feel as though he would have hit me, this is how angry he had gotten whereas I was very civil and not raising my voice AT ALL. I love both the Shosha and Palmfit brand/products however I am VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided by this HOSTILE WORKER. Please provide better customer service training to this worker or screen workers for anger issues before hiring. I am unsure of the name but can guarantee he will not have forgotten this encounter.
