★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some questions regarding vape flavours and availability for flavours and called the store, but after a long time on the phone no one answered.
Given that it was 10.10am (Tuesday) I though that people might be on their break and called again at 10.30 and still no one answering the phone.
I then went to a DIFFERENT vape shop and found what I was looking for. ??

.after dealing with their head office and emails to shosha customer support . A joke , don't waste ya time .... Read reviews on their brand site !! They have an understanding of nz consumer rights however they choose to disreguard them . How do they get away with this ! .??A franchise that has made a lot of money off honest people . Someone please help there managers with customer service . Or just don't deal with them !! Knowing any probs with products will go on deaf ears .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and bought a coil for my vape and proceeded to install it and the coil broke as I was putting it in. I then went back into the shop straight away and was charged for another coil when I feel I should have been given it for free. I didn't question it at the time as the shop was busy. But I feel this was very bad customer service. I won't be going back.
