★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I asked for a vape for my mum who has never used a vape before and is quitting smoking and we asked for suggestions because they did not have the Vape that I use. The guy made no suggestions, didn’t ask any questions to understand what we were looking for and when I asked the differences between two different vapes and their pros and cons he said and I quote “they are different brands” which of course I knew. Horrific customer service from that guy and I don’t know how he got hired for the job. A monkey could do his job better. Now I am left with a faulty product that we wasted our money on and he denies anything is wrong with it. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great to know that there is a Shosha closeby. I have shopped there twice and they are efficient. They have new stock for various specialties of the store. Whether it's vaping, tobacco pipes, e-cigarettes, herbal grinders, papers, water bongs, this place will cover you for your needs without the need for that long trek into Manukau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I was able to give them 0 stars. I don't know why I've given them more than 3 chances I should have just used the extra bit of fuel to buy from Blitz which is around the corner. All three times that I've visited(which has been around midday) I was served by a staunch Indian clerk who seems to care more about your ID and Vaccine passport more than the products you are trying to purchase. I went to purchase a vape which he tried to upsell to me (if I knew nothing about Vapes would've ripped me off) and then hands me a display box because I called him out on it. Later on when I return to tell him about the display box hoping that he'll give me the vape that I paid for knowing that I didn't have a receipt if he were to ask for a proof of purchase I'm met with a half giggled "sorry" and laughter & finger pointing from other employees. Honestly don't know why I went back today should have just gone to Blitz?
PS. When they sell Vapes they take out the spare could you usually get if you purchase a cape make sure to check if the security seal has been tampered with?
