★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store for some juice and coils. Was absolutely horrendous and will never be going back. The staff member I dealt with had zero knowledge of their products. Also had no idea how to prime a coil!!?? Over priced garbage. Also, the coils were dodgy as. The one I bought pooped itself 2 days later, and that was with my regulated mod on the smart vw setting. Don't buy from shosha!

Product under warranty, I explained the situation numerous times, shop assistant unwilling to listen, refused to provide replacement unit, insisting after he had looked at it it would be fine, despite my providing photographic evidence of how bad the leaking was. The very next day device still leaking and shop unwilling to replace unit. Terrible service. Stay away, go to one of the other businesses offering vaping products. Disgusted. I’m told The Vape Crew is much better and cheaper. “Shosha” you lost a customer today. Ignore the 1 Star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally pretty good selection of products, but somewhat pricey. Employees can be either excellent or clueless; it's luck of the draw. Recommend finding out when the good ones are on staff, and then only going there at those times. Major points deducted for selling re-wrapped batteries which are a serious safety hazard as you've no idea whether they are safe, genuine cells capable of delivering the current they claim they can deliver (potential fire hazard!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst vape stores I have ever had the misfortune of setting foot in. Don't expect to have your warranty honoured and expect your vape to be way overpriced and complete trash that will break within the month. Terrible customer service, purely dodgy business looking to rip people off. The only properly decent staff member at ANY of the shosha stores is Daniel at the K road store. Stay away and go to vapo or literally ANY other vape store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional customer service from Niki. I came into the store with my friends in search of a new daily hoon, as my previous one (the conveniently compact Smok Mico) had recently succumbed to it’s gruesome fate.
I gave the young lady a simple (yet critical) criteria that must be met for my replacement — something that absolutely shreds 60mg vape juice, but also something affordable. In return, Niki provided me with this stunning Red Carbon Fibre Smok Novo 2 Kit. She told me that it “hits hard after some cones” and she was undoubtedly correct. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to my next. I urgently suggest giving this young lady a pay rise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shosha have a Huge Selection of Vapes, Mods, & power supplies etc. PLUS a Large Range of E~Juice mixtures & flavors... It's on K'rd so it's a bit pricey but the Gear they sale is well made & you get the knowledgeable advice of salesman that know their s#%t... ??
