β β β β β Poor customer service. Purchased a kit from them, also 3 pack of coils costs around 30$ I bought 2 packs with the device at purchase. so far 2/9 coils have been faulty. Went back in first time, they said they could do nothing, I needed to bring my tank in. Thinking nothing of it, i bought another 3 pack and continued on my way. Another coil would not work, so took the tank and the 2 coils in, to which they said you bought them too long ago for us to replace them for you. First time i went in THE OWNER of the shop told me to bring it in next time with my tank, no hurry.. and he would check it out and replace. I only just put the last coil in 2 days ago when i found it was faulty. I find it disappointing that because I don't go through coils fast enough for them that I am penalized.
They did not replace, simply stated, they were purchased to long ago and they will do nothing to rectify, because of that basis.
Will not shop there again.

allowing you to seek repairs, replacements or refunds when goods are faulty
Great job shosha, will be sure to advise any of my contacts that you guys don't follow these standards.
