โ โ โ โ โ Good stock of juices and kits, but under supplied for coil variety. Tester vapes were not maintained looked disgusting & tasted disgusting ?staff makes you feel as if you're about to steal something, was informed by staff to see their competitors.. Good job shosha

โ โ โ โ โ The staff make you feel like you're going to steal something. Always standing there staring at you. Went in first time today. Never going back. That girl should also dress appropriately for work, nobody wants to see your stomach area when you reach for things!!

โ โ โ โ โ Been coming here a while, customer service is not great. Staff don't really seem to know what they're talking about. The girl with glasses is really annoying - loud and obnoxious. Need to work on appropriate work manners/personality.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a Nova 2000 vape kit and after 5 months became faulty. Because they only offer 3 months warranty on kits. They don't even want to know about it. Consumer Affairs has a different opinion on the matter. They say everything we buy from a Retailer has to last a reasonable amount of time. Or it gets fixed,replaced or refunded. Like I said. They don't back there products. I'm taking matter to small claims which will rule in my favour. So there's plenty of different stores I can spend my $100.00 a month at on e juice and coils. I recommend Vapo.

โ โ โ โ โ Came in with a faulty device, staff member knew there was problem with the vape but tried to brush it off and insisted there was nothing they could do until next week at a minimum, went to glen innes shosha directly after to see if they could help and they resolved the issue with out any fuss or excuses.
