β β β β β I Went to Purchase a Nicotine Upod Tonight and they gave me Zero Nicotine. I repeated the fact I wanted Nicotine Upods specifically so I didnβt check them till I got home and Came straight back to swap them.They were Rude, unhelpful and all they kept repeatedly saying to me was you said Zero Nicotine. There was obviously a language barrier and they miss heard me. They tell me they have no nicotine upods so I ask for a refund and they didnβt want to do that. They then tell me they do have mint Nicotine upods right after they told me she had none. She was very mad that I had came back to swap them and chucked my replacement ones in the tray. The Customer Service I received tonight from a Lady and Male Indian employee from Papakura Shosha was disgusting and I will never go back or recommend friends there.
