★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys are really awesomeness and help out specially when your on a tight budget to get the right oils for the vape I have as it doesn't like cheaper oil but the last one I brought from here was bloody awesome because I've have no problems at all with my vape leaking I just hope I can afford some this week, would be very helpful if I could be shown the same thickness in oils like I was shown last time, thanks for your nice hospitality as when you walk into your shop it's an amazing feeling and experience thanks heaps, keep up the great atmosphere you guys have got goting here - Bev

I had to go in instead of calling, told them about their ph being engaged, raised my issues about the vapes and coils... rang their ph in front of them, no one even on the pH, but guess what, still engaged... Guess not having to deal with customers on a ph is how you don't have to deal with issues unless they travel all the way back again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused entry because of a medical mask exemption, told to stand outside to be served, there is no way I will stand outside. Shooed out the door like a piece of trash. Never will I ever enter this shop again!

2 failed units and then when I went back a 3rd time they had the nerve to charge me the extra 10 bucks for a replacement!
Never will I set foot I this shop again!
