★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clown was sitting in his ute, on his phone.... while parked on the shared path in Lloyd Elsmore Park today, completely blocking the path. First time I passed him I looked at him but let it slide as I thought he was just going to be there a few moments while he did a text. Came back past 10-15 minutes later, he's in exactly the same spot so this time took pictures.
Even stupider is that there were several empty parking spots directly in front of him less than 100 metres away, you can see a light blue car parked next to one of those just above his left mirror. Plus the empty spots just across the road on the right
