With the death of my dearly loved mum in April this year and my cherished dad this month our dealings specifically with funeral director Aroha Page both times have been seamless. Aroha has gone over and above to ensure everything ran smoothly and our wishes and needs were met. We were treated like family rather than clients and this personal touch has made it so much easier for us as a family. We will always be grateful for what this amazing company has done for us ??

Erena has been so professional but also so human and kind she is an absolute gem and asset to the company. Tee Moana our appointed Funeral Director was absolutely amazing. She went over and above to accommodate us with last minute requests and showed so much empathy and love at one of the saddest moments of our lives. She truly is one of the most beautiful people I have met in my life and Simply Funerals are blessed to have her.

Stephen has been outstanding in looking after our dearly departed mum, arranging everything according to our wishes and being there for us when we needed his advice and expertise. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was amazing .. its hard to write a review at this tough time but I need to express the attention to detail in dealing with our Son,Husband, Dad, Brother, Uncle ,Cousin.
He was a unique person and had some quirks that did not faze the staff who we dealt with.
Alex was respectful, and compassionate but also made is feel at ease to ask any questions or to request anything from him.
