β β β β β Wow what a big beautiful world it really is out there. Im so excited. Thankyou Thankyou so so much!! I know what it feels like to win lotto haha. Yesterday I got up at 6am and went to bed at 11pm when my hearing aids went flat. I just didnt want the day to ever end! You really have changed my life!

β β β β β I thoroughly recommend Heidi...she is friendly, efficient and so very helpful. When I lost a hearing aid, replacements were all sorted in super quick time and all hassle free. Also very friendly staff!

β β β β β The team at Simply Hearing are tops amongst the many hearing professionals who have assisted me over many decades.
Karen and Tracey at the front of the office provide a welcoming presence along with helpful advice and assistance.
Bronny the nurse who removes wax from my ears, is the only person who has ever given me a through and easy to understand version of what is happening in my outer ears, especially in regard to the scale on my ear drums, etc. which until I met her, was a cause of concern for me.
Heidi, who has fitted my most recent pair of hearing aids is an independent hearing professional who walks the extra mile in ensuring that my hearing needs are met to my satisfaction.
Although my previous hearing professionals have been part of nation wide companies, I have never been provided with the service and satisfaction that Simply Hearing has given me.
