★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here. Had a 2011 Lexus GS 450h that had a very loud squeal when braking. Sims gave great advice and fixed it up quickly. Price was great too. My brake woes are now resolved. Thanks Sims!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Sims Brake Services and highly recommend them. The staff went above and beyond. I had spongy brakes so by word of mouth went to get my brakes fixed there which they did promptly. The following day my alternator was playing up and I rang Sims Brakes Service staff, they knew I was at work and they kindly organised to pick up my car then drop it off at the WOF place. They kept me updated on what was wrong with my car. They found out my throttle body and vacumn line had issues so they fixed these and took my car for a test drive to ensure it was safe. The staff here are all helpful, they work well as a team and they were professional throughout. They did a great job with my car and I am happy with the result. Great team and definitely recommend them they're good at what they do :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped car of 9am sat, phone call 9.30 to explain issue and price to fix along with pickup time 10am. Friendly, efficient and a good price. That's why I refer everyone that asks me about getting brakes fixed to Sims. Good to see that they haven't dropped their high standards.
