★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Shane at SKF, I was after an unusual seal that turned out to not be available in New Zealand. He located one for me in the US but then was able to offer a locally available alternative that saved be a bunch of money. Shot in to pick it up one lunch time and was in and out in 5 minutes.
