★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I struggled about whether to leave a review at all but 6 months later I am still angry. I came here for my 40th to treat myself and spent alot of money on a package. The rooms are not purpose built so my beautician kept leaving the room for items she needed. She talked the entire length of my 'relaxing' massage. There was a car parked in the driveway when I arrived and I had to park two blocks away and pay for street parking. When I mentioned it the beautician said the car was hers and they do this to stop people using the carparks. There was alot of fuss about using a bucket of water for my pedicure. Highly unprofessional. Total waste of a celebration birthday package that I can never get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a voucher for this place, went there years ago when they were on Church St. Not sure what's happened since then but it was well below average and really unprofessional. The lady kept going in and out of the room, then she would forget where she was at. Far from relaxing and I wouldn't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lovely people too so much care with me. i was late dur to a minor car accident didnt have the correct money and not once did i feel disappointed. the procedure outcome was above and beyond what i expected. must pop in with the rest of the money even though they said not too worry. loved the treatment
