★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "I recently had a sleep out built by Sleepoutz. I am absolutely delighted at the finished product. I had the dilemma of requiring an extra room for my teenage daughter and I started looking at sleep out designs as a solution. I was looking for a solid building with an attractive appearance. I was daunted by some of the building companies that had quite cumbersome looking buildings with outsized roof heights that would have caused an imposition for the size of my land, and impacted on council recession plane requirements. When I viewed a Sleepoutz spec sleep out, I was impressed by the quality of the workmanship, materials used as well as the roof design and height. I was able to talk to Sleepoutz about my requirements and gave me information about the materials he uses and aspects of his designs and building method.
Sleepoutz designed and drafted a plan directly from my specified requirements and undertook this project at a suitable date that worked well for me. They accomplished a seamless quality build and precisely within our contracted timeframe. Communicated well with me and kept me up to date with progress all throughout the build. Sleepoutz aptness for building with quality materials, precision workmanship and attention to detail is evident in my daughter’s beautiful new sleep out studio. It’s an absolute pleasure to have this lovely dwelling on my property and to have achieved such a magnificent outcome for which I am tremendously grateful." Julie Dasler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dean from Sleepoutz has recently built me one of his sleep-outs and I am delighted with both the end-product and the entire process leading to its completion. Communication was excellent and not having a background in building myself, I appreciated Dean’s input regarding all manner of things such as materials, choice of colours, selection of sleep-out size for selected purpose, placement and so on. Dean knows his trade and product very well and I’ve ended up with a solidly-built sleep-out that not only looks good, but can by used for multiple purposes. He took on my board my constraints, such as budget, not wishing to cut down branches of an existing tree to fit the sleep-out in, and together we found solutions to such issues. As a worker, Dean worked hard and managed to complete the project well before the expected date on the contract! He took away all rubbish, left items in place where he found them (e.g. garden hose) and he even cleaned the windows of the sleep-out before he left. I cannot recommend Dean Norrie highly enough for his efficiency, competency, excellent communication skills and professionalism. He even came back to add some hooks which I wanted in the sleep-out so that I could use it for the purpose intended and that was not part of the contract at all. I am a 100% plus satisfied customer!
