I've had appalling after-sales service from Sleepyhead. I bought a Brighton medium bed and mattress which has left me with stiff and sore hips every morning. I have had dreadful customer care from their 'Customer Care' team and no resolution or advice about my problem. I have now bought a quilt to put on top of the mattress to provide some cushioning and relief for my hips. Very disappointed in this well known household brand.

We bought a my first sleephead mattress for our son from farmers. Unfortunately we can feel the springs as upper lining is very thin and some springs feel higher than others. Would not reccomend.

HI Never ever buy a sleepyhead bed. Ours has gone back for the second time within 5 years due to singing in the middle of the bed. They said that they would take it in the morning and then contact us with a report about the bed to discuss it. It is now the next day and we are still waiting. We hand no mattress last night so had to sleep on the floor. What sort of customer service is this? They should NOT be in business. What will we sleep on tonight as I still have had no contact from them even though I have emailed them twice today. Very dissatisfied customer

the bed arrived with a strong chemical smell which can be normal for new furnitures but my other bed doesnt have this issue? the base slat snapped on the first day and the customer services said its not covered in the warrant because my kids shouldn't jump on the bed.... not a pleasant experience with them at all.

On 2012, We have paid $3804 after 30% discount for SK sleephead mattress with 10 years warranty, at year 9 ( May 2021 ) the mattress starting slightly collapse down located middle of mattress and making fanny noise from springs, We have contacted supplier then been forward to warranty Team, but we are very disappointed with their service with wording. It is unbelievable for such an expensive mattress during warranty period without come to the door to test after-sales service. The money could buy 10 brand new normal mattresses to use during 10 years. We have sent clear photos of mattress issue area and video of the noise made from mattress made as well as required, Their answer was someone will come to pick up the mattress and we will have to pay $150 for inspection and shipping if they think it’s not factory fault. The question is the standard of factory fault or not in their side. The consumer never wins.

Poor quality beds! How this company is still operating I don’t know. Our bed had to go back within 2 weeks, the slats broke and the mattress smelt of some kind of chemical and the smell would not go away. Eventually received a replacement which also had to go back a month later. Customer services is non existent - a terrible experience.

Do not buy a Sleepyhead bed!! Upon delivery, the material on the base wasn't stitched properly then 18 months later the mattress has bad body impressions and dipping and potentially a fault inside. We bought an expensive top of the line bed and any reasonable person would not expect this. So much for the 10 year warranty. Sleepy head want to take the bed away at a cost to us and leaving us with no bed to sleep on to determine the fault. I suggested that their bed specialist come to our house in inspect the bed, but, they won't do that. Very poor customer service and a very disappointed customer. Will never buy Sleepyhead again.
