★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After "fixing" our blind Andrew and his guy came and installed it. They left in a hurry and when we tried the blind could instantly tell it was not fixed properly. It does not open all the way up and the eyelets catch as they have used ones that are too big. Andrew returned to "fix" the problem only to tell us that the blind is old and that's why (it's less than 2yrs old). He then stormed out saying I'm not going to touch it anymore. At least he had the decency to cancel the invoice.

I do not have any complaints about them from our tenants about their conduct; they are always very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed from start to finish with Andrew's communications with us and his recommendation that we make sure we were thoroughly informed regarding our choice of blind before making any decisions. There was no delay in delivery and everything was exactly how they said it would be! He fixed the 2 problems , for the agreed price in double quick time
