About Smart Bookkeeping Ltd
My wife and I own 3 companies, Kids Klub After School Ltd, Kids Klub Childcare Ltd and Kids Klub Stanmore Bay Ltd. Before, everything we did was manually processed and very time consuming. Donna has taken over and been with us ever since. Over these years our company has grown substantially and now has up to date systems in place. She helped to improve our business systems in particular the move from a manual invoicing and attendance system to a fully online integrated child enrolment and child tracking software programme. None of this would have happened if we did not use Donna’s services. She has exceptional service which goes over and above what ANY other company does.

Previously our reconciliations had always been a nightmare as different products lines have different GST components and the statements we receive often had have credits lodged against them. The short story is the Team at Smart Bookkeeping are awesome. The Reconciliations are always done, the Balance's in Xero matches what's actually in the bank account, the Bills you need to pay are all displayed on the dashboard, my Accountant is very happy and I am too, everything just seems so easy.
