★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote and got a very quick response. But then I tried to contact them to view one of the doors, emailed 3 times and got no response, left message on their 0800 number and got no return call. Finally contacted someone on their cell phone. Was told that they didn't have a showroom to view the doors so I'd have to find someone around Queenstown where I could view one. I said that I don't live in Queenstown and got no suggestions for where I might be able to view one. Such a shame, product looks good but customer service was really poor. Maybe they are just too busy and don't need new business.
