โ โ โ โ โ Liked the location and machines. Hard for me to put the powder in due to the height, I'm only 5"2 and nothing to stand on. It was there but I didn't see it. It was eve but still very busy and loud. Lots of people. They had vending machine which was a good idea. Fabric softener would be nice to have in the machine as I forgot mine. handy to use the card instead of coins as in most laundromat so I travel to find the card machines.

โ โ โ โ โ I like that it is open 24/7 even on lockdowns, great location and contactless service, looks clean and spacious as well. Although it looks well maintained, hoping it'll stay the same.

โ โ โ โ โ Great size area and machines are easy to use. Only suggestion would to have the ability to get money out to access the soap or be able to use the laundry card to get soap etc. Our team have enjoyed using it. Like the card idea, as we can provide staff with cards instead of cash or credit them back.

โ โ โ โ โ Smart wash laundromat is great, both me and my girlfriend really appreciate and enjoy your facility, the machines work the best of all the laundries we have been to (especially the nice hot dryers) and the convenience of being 24hrs is the best, plus it is always so clean and well maintained, thanks for providing a wonderful place

โ โ โ โ โ I only go to laundromats to use dryers for 10 mins just to remove dampness from my clothes after I dry them on the line during winter. Seeing that they didn't take coins or EFTPOS, I had to purchase $3 card + $7 credit, only to find out dryers will charge you a minimum of $6 for 30 minutes. You can't dry for 10 minutes only, and there wasn't an attendant to ask for directions or refunds, so I just went to another laundromat. Even straight out of the wash, I only need 20 minutes to dry my clothes as I don't wash that many, so why would I pay for 30. Customers should be able to choose a drying time. Very underhanded and total waste of money.

โ โ โ โ โ First Experience here. Bought a Smart Wash Laundromat card. Loaded $20 on card. $3 for the actual card. Pretty straight forward, when you read the signs around the place. I needed to use the foot stool to add Washing powder on top of the Washing Machine. Will def be back. Thanks.
