★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had an exceptional work done on my car, and was overall happy with the service even though it took a bit longer that I anticipated. I do admit they warned me it will take up to 8 weeks. The only complain I have is that although the work looks amazing, they only changed one headlight, leaving the old one on the other side, looking very asymmetrical. The whole point of panel beating is car aesthetics, so that was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here based on their good reputation but I was very disappointed with the job they did on my car, with mismatched paint and poor blending. You have to wait weeks to get in and then they appear to be too busy doing well rewarded insurance jobs to do the job right for a cash payer only to be told that they should have charged way more than their quote. Will never come back here for any further work as it was a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to share my experience with this company. So I was rare ended and my insurance company recommended that I get my car fixed through them because of their reputation. However I had the worst experience I have ever had with any company I have dealt with. I took the car in and got it quoted for the insurance company. However the insurance company never got anything. I rang multiple times where I had poor customer service from multiple staff they were angry that I had called when I was just relaying information from my insurance company. Any way 4 months later and apparently still nothing from them according to my insurance company and my bumper hasn't been fixed. So frustrating and stressful.

Went out of their way and looked after my vehicle as if it was their own. Their standards are very high, I got regular updates and all and all, they went above and beyond my expectations. When I was happy enough, these guys went the extra mile and it shows in their workmanship. I have had so many compliments on my truck, and it's amazing watching people turn their heads when it goes by. If that doesn't speak for itself, then I don't know what does.
