Lifeline receives over 10,000 calls per month and 30,000 texts from people of all ages and ethnicities who are struggling with a wide range of issues including relationship and work problems, mental health, grief, abuse, bullying and loneliness. They help an average of 11 people a day at high risk of suicide.
Throughout the year our team work on a number of initiatives and activities to raise funds for Lifeline. These include the Lifeline push up challenge, raffles, barbeques, bake offs, Mental Health Awareness Week, as well as the Smith&Smith® Best of New Zealand bi-annual competition, Smith&Smith® roadshows and Laser conference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my window removed by another company after the last job that Smithlin Smith Mount Maunganui did to find out what a horrible job they did on my car!!!!!!!
The window man told me before he even touched the window that there was a lot of damages to the inside plastic around the window.... he said they probably used a razor wire or something easier to get the window out.
We then remove the window together to find out that the inside of the plastic around the window has been completely butchered!
Have been calling for a few days now and sick of not getting anywhere with this so heres my honest review and wont be recommending or coming back any time soon
My bill $270
Cost iv payed for replacement part $350
Total cost for my visit to Smithlin Smith for just getting a window seal replacement value of the seal $. Total bill $620 cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Smith & Smith head office who you organise everything through, from your booking onwards has been anything but easy. The guys at the Mount were good to deal with, but thereafter, trying to get a refund from Smith & Smith NZ has been frustrating, and involved a lot of my time, phoning them, emailing them, and escalating to Team Leader, then Operations Manager who at the time of writing this I have not heard back from despite being told he would phone me straight back! Their customer service is a shambles, and should be renamed customer disservice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked my car up after the windscreen was changed, I was disappointed at the state it was left in, there was this black rubbery dust all over the car. It would go a long way for customer satisfaction if they had of cleaned the car off after the job. Not very good.
