★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered $99 worth of food from this place, via deliver easy. Although the meat was delicious, it took 1 hour to be delivered. The food was all delivered cold, including chips, with a note on how to reheat. We should have been warned on the deliver easy site that the food would be delivered cold. Also, the amount of food was extremely unbalanced according to the price. A $27 platter where you make you own tortillas arrived with 1 tortilla. A $37 platter of make your own tortillas also came with 1 tortilla and ordering extra tortillas. Results in 1 extra. So essentially a $30 platter of build your own tortilla comes with 2 tortillas and you are required to hear the food yourself. Extremely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband got a platter with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, brisket, waffle fries, spicy sausage, chicken wings and pork belly. He said it came out cold and the mashed potatoes were like glue. He said he would never rush back there for it again and said he has been to way better BBQ places.

No salt on fries, and were a bit over greasy.
And if you want sauce for fries you have to pay and extra 2.50 for the price was disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing experience!!! Worst waffle fries I’ve ever had, they were so hard and over cooked they left my mouth and throat sore. Meat was soft but had ZERO smoked flavour! Meal was served in an embarrassing large box not to mention the meal was ice cold!! Definitely won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend you waste your money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I was definitely full after this meal… full of utter dissatisfaction and disappointment. Biggest takeaway box I’ve seen in my life with probably the smallest serving of food for the price you’re paying.
GIB board fries, supermarket coleslaw, about two drops of sauce, one flimsy tortilla and “10 hour smoked brisket” which could have been cooked better in the microwave at the smoko shed.
Thought we were on to something with this one but not to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience the waffle fries where from last week, like eating a bag of nails. 2 pieces of dry meat if you can call it that, I’m pretty sure I’ve tasted that coleslaw from the countdown bags. The One tortilla was the size of my 3 month old nephews hand and very chewy. Waste of $26

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a platter for 2 - takeaway.. It was just average, definitely fill a hole, pork belly was good but the brisket, chicken and sausage were all dry and the sides needed work. If it was the first place I'd ever had smoked meats I wouldn't have known better, but they have a long way to go to catch up to the competition in Chch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with this meal. If I could give it no stars I would. We live less than 5 mins from this place, got home and the meal was dead cold. Although there is some nice smoke flavour to the meat it was cold and dry. I've had better potato and gravy from KFC, at least its hot from there....... The meal was so small I've had to cook something else, still hungry.
Wish I chose to eat in so I could complain and get my money back.
All and all not worth the near $40 for 2 meals, do not recommend.
