★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from out of town and have been going to this hairdresser on and off for sometime. Normally they are very accommodating as they allow for walk ins and appointments. However, today I was very dissappointed. I went in and was confronted with the staff member, abruptly saying "it will be an hour'. She presented like I was an inconvenience. There was no hello or welcome. I let this go and said I will come back. I asked when they close today, one said 5pm the other said hopefully 4pm. I came back in an hour and before I could sit down I was told it would be another hour. Then one staff member informed me that they have a scheduled appointment at 1pm and said I also need to have lunch so will be longer. The next staff member chimed in and said yes I have another appointment too and there are only two of us on. At this point another customer got up and walked out. I totally understand it is New Years Eve. However customer service costs nothing, speaking nicely to customers cost nothing, explaining to customers nicely that there is a high chance we can not fit you in today costs nothing. Sorry but you really let your team down today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and competitive pricing for Clipper Cuts. Usually no need for appointments. Atm under Level 2 protocols they're doing everything by appointment. On Wednesdays they are currently open at 9, otherwise hours are as per sign
