★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The couple that run this place go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The place is setup like a lodge with shared facilities. Bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. The rooms are a little small bit the beds are comfortable and the rooms warm. While we were there our hosts made some amazing mulled wine to share as well as pancakes for the kids. Finally it's good value for money. Thanks to our hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is our favourite place to stay, regardless of the season. We've been coming here for years and have watched the gradual transformation of it from the old nurses home to a mint hospitality provider.
Friendly, accommodating, great facilities (spa, massive telly, huge indoor and outdoor fireplaces) and you'll feel like you never want to leave.
Perfect for the solo traveller and for big families. We held my son's 21st here - booked out the whole place - and it was an exceptional weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had awesome couple of days at snowy waters. Staff was so friendly, place was cosy and clean. Also we enjoyed the pizza night and the merger mystery show that was amazing. Overall our stay was super fun. One minor issue was beds, those bunk beds were so noisy and pillows were so thin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got married here and I highly recommend to anyone wanting an all in one location. Sandy and the team made sure anything we were after was organized and we booked the place out so guests could stay. Everything was magical and I couldn't have wished for more. Everyone who stayed all had brunch the next morning and it was really nice having that time to properly catch up with guests I would have missed if were held it elsewhere. Cannot say enough about this amazing venue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snowy Waters Lodge proved to be the ideal place for our recent family get together. All ages enjoyed the comfort and facilities on offer.
We also reveled in the Mystery Murder Event held on the Saturday evening. With friendly and helpful staff along with a breathtaking view of Mount Ruapehu from the lounge to cap it off, we all agreed that it was a great venue for our event.
