โ โ โ โ โ Called this crowd and spoke to a woman called Ashley ....seemed helpful....she asked for photos and then she would reply. So I emailed the photos to [email protected] as I was instructed....nothing heard. Sent another email 4 days later asking did she get the emails....could she let me know what is going on.
Either they have so much work they don't care or they don't care full stop.
Very poor customer service!!

โ โ โ โ โ I can't praise Leo's work enough! He was Punctual and Professional... In fact, he was more than Professional... he was Personable... which in my eyes is more important! He took the time to familiarise himself with us (the customer) and understand what the issue was with our product. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained what was needed from us to get more out of our product, and to care for it. He cleaned a stain that we had on our fabric couch and now it looks just like it did when we first bought it. He is an amazing local franchisee and we will definitely be using him again... no hesitations! Thanks again, Leo :)
