I have an average understanding of accounting but not overly confident with the whole tax thing so having Ravi to help me with this was a load off my mind. Sometimes I needed a bit of extra guidance but nothing was ever a problem for Ravi - super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought Ravi was great at the beginning but he didn't show for a meeting a few weeks ago. He apologised and said it would never happen again. Today it happened again. We confirmed via calendar both times and I get a reminder and alert that the meeting is coming up so he must get the same yet both appointments were missed .
