★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operator was rude, and aggressive, taxi driver was strange with no sense of urgency. Probably added on an extra 5 minuets to the route without cause, and undone my seatbelt for me? Please refrain in future from doing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Father who has a son with a disability, they are always on time for when my son needs a wheelchair taxi. Their cost for taxis are more reasonable than other taxi services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing! Been let down twice 2 days in a row. Rung them to pick us up from Golden Garden in old Papatoetoe after a Father's Day dinner on Sunday night. Waited for 20 minutes, no show. Rung after 25 minutes and cancelled the booking.
I rung them yesterday at 3:06pm to drop me to the Papatoetoe Medical Centre for a doctors appointment I couldn't afford to miss at 3:45pm. Rung again at 3:28pm, dispatch said they couldn't find my house, I'd given 173 Rangitoto Road, just one street off from where they are based. Excuse given, the driver couldn't find my house, he found 172 but not 173 Duhhh, 173 is directly opp 172, even numbers on the left side of the road, odd numbers on the right! How ridiculous can this get??? When I call back, the operator argues that I gave 170
but each time I call, the answering machine itself confirms my address as 173, so what does this tell you???
Simply not acceptable!!!
I will get the word around that this is a very unreliable taxi service ever and advise people to either call Auckland, Corporate or Sails Taxis if they want good customer service.
Get drivers who know their street names and numbers, who are familiar with using their GPS or road maps or get a crash course on locating addresses because being let down twice now is not acceptable at all!!!!

As I sit here at the aiport waiting for my next flight.
Next flight? Oh yes I missed it because I called and confirmed a Taxi 5mins from the airport to make it to the airport atleast by 320pm. It was confirmed that it will be done and taxi will meet me shortly. 315pm Im still standing and waiting. So i call.......Hey bud. Is the taxi still coming? My flight is at 4pm and i called 250pm. Oh sorry there are no taxis around by you. Our only 1 just took a job. -_- Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taxi #247 awesome Asian man fast and friendly he pick me up took me to my home waited about 5mins for me and dropped me off to my destination as my car had to get fixed. Wasn't much of a talker but that's cool he seemed happy to listen to me talking haha And didn't take the long way like some taxis do haha thanks buddy!!! Will definitely use again based on my experience with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience could have been better. If your 45 minutes late because you couldn't find my address then that isn't my fault. Also, if your using your android phone to navigate then please make sure you have enough battery life or cellular data for the trip so we don't get lost. 45 minutes later, when the drive was supposed to only have been a 15 minute trip - you charge my family and I full price and have the nerve to put an extra $5 on top of it for a tip...
Sorry about the review but I know you guys can do better! Up your GAME!!
