★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flooring First lives up to the name. These guys should be your first point of call for everything related to floor coverings. Excellent customer service, very competitive pricing and, most importantly, skilled installers.
I used Rose, Troy, Pete and the team to upgrade the carpet in a hundred-year-old renovation. Despite uneven floors, wonky walls and the complexity of a staircase, Pete was able to deliver a highly finished product. His work has completely transformed the residence.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rose and Troy from Cromwell's Flooring First were amazing. They installed carpet in a cottage we were restoring in the Nevis Valley, a remote and difficult off-grid location. The service provided was outstanding from start to finish, and at the most competitive price we could find. The quality of workmanship, products, using initiative, and responsiveness to requests and questions was second-to-none. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done with smiles and in a genuinely friendly way. Cannot rate Flooring First highly enough.

Right from the beginning of the process from recommending products and styles, the quoted price, through to the final installation the whole team performed exceptionally. The finished product looks amazing. But that’s only part of the story. Our (out of town) installation was performed on time as promised, while the business short staffed and less than 48 hours after the birth of Rose and Troy’s first child! That’s customer commitment. I can’t speak highly enough of this business and strongly recommend them.
