★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fantastic!!!! We were in a bad way with our truck's front wheel having come off while driving to Queenstown. They went far and above to help us. They found the part necessary and fixed the wheel (with two dogs in the truck!!), in super quick time. We were turned away from two other garages before we found them. Thank you thank you thank you to them.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately it was not a happy experience for us. But I still gave three stars for appreciating the efforts they put in. We came back to deal with them three times for almost a month as the car was not properly fixed, spending $1275.10 so far. Although they have charged us less labor, however we mostly paid for their expertise instead of just time. Our car might be old and cheap, but They fixed the A problem(car’s speed won’t go over 50k)but lead to new B problem(Car needs 2-3 sec to speed up when stopped and drove off in traffic which was not existed before and may bring about Hazard in busy traffic). We might resell it for nothing with this problem as they suggested us to do when we picked up the car. We have to bear the loss of money and time spent on it. Hopefully our case is individual and their expertise can be improved in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic. I arrived because my car had a problem and was told that they were fully booked for the day but they would get a technician to test drive the car.
He agreed there was an issue and wanted to put the car on the hoist to check. Fortunately there hac been a cancellation so they looked at the car.
The fault was found and the solution.
Paul was great as was the technician first class service.

From the very beginning - Vish and Richard were very friendly, passionate, professional and put all their experience in having this sorted(I'm from Akl). I'm very pleased with vehicle but above everything is their professional and customer care which made this experience that awesome.
Thank you very much for all your help and I know, the hard work in getting this sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car had few issues known from the AA import check. I brought the car to them and ask to check everything, while mentioned only two of the known issues.
They checked the things I've told about, and even spent more time tnan they charged me, which I appreciate, but they didn't check anything else, like bushes that AA recommended to replace.
