★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only used the dryers but the place was clean and you can pay by EFTPOS. If you need change though, you have to get it from the supermarket next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient parking. Haseftpos & cash options. It's self service. The auto door closes & locks automatically at midnight, so if you know you're still gonna be there after midnight, make sure you have everything with you ie baskets, plastic bag. Because once you exit, you can't re-enter unless someone else is inside & they can press the emergency exit button to open the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is usually well maintained and tidy. Definitely one of the busier laundromats in Otahuhu. I'm a regular user. Occasionally, I have had machines out of order that didn't have an 'out of order' sign on them and they take the money and don't work. Today, I got a dryer (35) that was making a weird grinding noise and my clothes were getting snagged on to something and twisting around. Couldn't stop the machine and transfer to another one because I had already made the EFTPOS payment. I've added photos. :(
Kind of annoying when this happens and there's no phone number around in sight. I guess that's one of the cons of using a self-service laundromat.
So it's better to try and make sure it's a machine that works before you put your money in. I usually do a quick 'touch test' and put my clothes in only if the dryer feels a bit warm before I put my clothes in. That tells me that it had been just used before I got there. :)
Other than that, it's a great place to do your laundry while you catch up on some reading in the car, perhaps.
