★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've adopted 2 cats from here, one as a kitten (Macy), the other as a one year old 8 years later (Neiko). My last passed away at 19yrs old. Those adoptions were a great experience!
However I went there today excited not knowing the new procedure of applying before turning up to be matched, I walked into reception with my 10yro son, we weren't greeted, we both stood patiently in the office for 10mins before anyone said hello or acknowledged us at all.
Soooo dissappointing......when we were finally spoken to briefly some remarks actually made me feel like I was on trial and being laughed at, we both left feeling completely awful.....
We ended up rehoming a kitten advertised privately for $50 that afternoon, Neo will get to enjoy 10acres as a very spoiled family instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SPCA is am amazing organisation that does such great work! I've adopted 2 cats and a dog from here and do what i can do donate. Currently fostering a puppy for them. Highly recommend getting behind SPCA and the team! Keep up the great work guys!

Unsure of the charge but the microchip was completely misunderstood by me.
I thought it would help if my kitty got in trouble or lost but clearly not.
Borederline fake advertising for those microchips

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a very sick hedgehog in our garden. We took him inside and put him in a large container with a warm hot water bottle, cat food and water and rang the SPCA for advice. They sent out Nick in the SPCA ambulance who was so kind and caring…. It meant so much to us. He spent time explaining how sick the hedgehog was and took the hedgehog away and later let us know the hedgehog had died which we really appreciated. It meant a lot to us to know the hedgehog wasn’t suffering anymore. We have made a donation to SPCA and appreciate their kindness and support ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I adopted our cat from there and the staff were so kind and helpful at every step during the adoption process. Our cat came to us healthy and well looked after, and thanks to their on-site shop we also feel well set up to give our new family member the best care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my woundful amazing little fur babie my cat from here 20 years ago. She has been with me the whole 20 years she was my angel. I have disabilities and i have to stay at home every day and she was with me all day. She sadly got put to sleep last week but i wonted to thank all the lovly people that gave me my wounderful little babie she made my world the best ever and she was a one in a million.
