β β β β β Jon, is a tuning nut, and is exactly the type of guy you want to help you get more out of your vehicle's performance. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I was referred to John, with my Frankenstein car, mismatched engine and injection system, when we got there it was running but only just... The guys a Spec Performance just sorted it and it went like an absolute demon afterwards. I'm taking my next (diesel) car there too, they just seem to get what you want and are able to deliver it.

β β β β β EcuTek tunes for two cars on their dyno over three years. Happy with the performance results, but a bit on the expensive side for the latest tune ($1690) and took longer than expected to provide the dyno sheet. Friendly to deal with and checked that I was happy with the tune a week later.

β β β β β Great guys very helpful and the only place in Christchurch willing to look at my Audi A4 seriously when it comes to tuning. Not just offering a chip but real advice. Look forward to working with the team towards my performance goals.

β β β β β wow, amazed you are still around, had some work done on one of our previous vehicles and it was a cluster, something was dropped through a turbo when re assembling the engine and it was destroyed. then after just 400kms in the car it did the bottom end and when we took it elsewhere for it to be looked at, as we had since lost confidence in Spec, they said something had likely been dropped into the engine which caused the damage. Other work was not completed and they ended up having to refund the cost as they had just not gotten around to it.
