★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specbuild demolished and rebuilt a decaying fence between me and my neighbor. The builder was great with communication, setting clear appointments for both the quote and the installation, and arriving promptly when expected. He was super professional at all times and respected our home and family.
The finished product looks amazing, it is straight and true and feels very sturdy, it has been constructed with only the best materials as quoted. The builder also laid protective mats on the carpet thoroughfare and left the construction area tidier than when he arrived.
I also asked him about a few other building tasks I have around my home which he answered clearly and demonstrated his vast knowledge in the industry.
I would highly recommend that you consider this company for any construction project around your property.
