I called with a small, simple rush letter-cutting job for pricing at the last minute (4.30 pm on a Friday) Obviously I would not do this if I had a choice, but other businesses were relying on this outcome as well. The elderly female receptionist was very specific and I relayed as many dimensions as they required in order to give me a price for the material they would use.
When asked for a rough estimate they told what they couldn't do, confusingly, rather than a price that could cover any minor over or underestimate.
The reponse was not very Speedy, despite my apologies and stated understanding it was "unfair pressure at the end of the week" - as I was told pointedly. When I again apologised and tried to again describe my need I was hung up on, and unable to phone back.
I really needed help but they seemed not to want to do business.
I would not recommend them unless you wanted be treated rudely, have your time wasted and feel disappointed and insulted.
I have given them opportunity to not have me write this review but have not been called back. So be warned:
You can't be in a hurry at "Speedy Signs"
I will not contact the franchisor at this stage, but the other owners are also let down by this example of poor service which could have gone so smoothly.

They were prompt, made great recommendations on sizing and design of the signs and installed everything perfectly. We are really please with the look and will look to use Speedy signs again for any signage that we need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting that someone said they werent "speedy". I'm extremely busy most days and they did the job exactly when they said they would and did an amazing job. To be honest, I forgot all about my appointment and they contacted me as a reminder and still managed to get my job done. Over a couple of visits I got to meet most of the team including a small but vocal pooch and every single person was professional, helpful and easy to deal with. Very happy with the whole experience. thanks guys.
