We sold our house with Belinda. While it sold quicker than we were expecting we were completely disappointed with the service and total lack of communication.
We asked for a copy of the contract and it never arrived.
Belinda got angry because I was having the carpets cleaned on take over as "her vendors were not going to be very happy" It was a courtesy and turns out they were very happy
Bought a house from LJHooker.
They made sure the power was on and bought a gift basket over on move in date.
