★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotless did an up-to-code exterior renovation. Most was very good but there were spots missed at the front of the house in the painting where the builder finished the stairs. The touch up job was done in a completely different shade - far paler than the original colour. It looked patchy but at last, it’s been seen to- thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance Manager: Regards To Contractors Who Have Recently Been Sent To Do Work. Less Than Satisfactory. Sadly These Cowboy Contractors That Have Been Sent To My Property Over The Past 21 Years Have Had To Had The Same Job Repeated Over Months For dodgy Workmanship. One And ONLY Contractor Delta Gas And Plumbing Calvin And Son Did An Amazing Job I'd Recommend His Company To Everyone If I Knew Anyone. Clean Works Gets The Job Done Is Good Time Cleans Up After Himself And Is Very Pleasant. I've Made Sure No Payments Are Sent Out Until I Hear Back From Someone Of Authority. These Folk Represent You!! ( They Are Shocking) Customer Care Need Lessons In Manners. Excluding The Last Lovely Young Lady I Spoke With. I Don't Blame You, I Just Think You Should Look Into More Of The Feedback From Clients That Have Had To Deal With Contractors That Are As They Are And Be Held Accountable. This Is Feedback Not A Gripe Session.
