Don’t answer there phone when called when someone to sick to go in they wait til the person goes it to tell them that they could have the night off because of it. Maybe if they had better team leaders there workers would do a better job. They also blame there staff for the days that a certain thing that didn’t get done even tho they were sick and weren’t in that day cause the team leaders are to useless to find cover. My partner does a great job but he still gets blamed for there uselessness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manager i had in my life. Made me cry everyday. When I resigned I wrote in my resignation letter to operation manager why I am leaving but no one cared. So many times complained but no one cared. I was coming home very upset everyday and finally accepted a fixed term job.
