I would like to urge the management to discipline her on how to deal with customers. Very poor service of the whole staff at SSA Wheels East Tamaki.

Called up the reception 930 am Sat, and headed into the workshop to look for new wheels for the car, huge range, their catalogue and website were really helpful also, found ones that we loved, discussed the tyres that will be right and got them fitted. The lady was full of knowledge, it was very useful and she knew her stuff!! The mechanic was oh so gentle aswell, very soft spoken. He was working alone as the place was filling up, but he kept the workmanship up. Pretty stoked with our new wheels and service provided!
