She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely efficient but most importantly FAIR! It’s peace of mind knowing that I have a property manager that is always only but a phone call away. I guess it works both ways - be a good tenant & work together with your property manager as they too are only just doing their job. Thank you Natasha!

We were looking for rental properties in Tauranga region while we were selling our Auckland home. We saw a property we loved, however we were unable to view during open views. Abbey from Staircase offered us the opportunity to do a virtual tour, which was really appreciated and she was only property manager we were dealing with at the time to offer this "service" and make the effort
Her communication to help us during application process was fantastic and certainly made the overall experience that much easier
Once advised we were successful with securing the rental property, Abbey has been so easy to deal with and has made the move that much more enjoyable. Her customer | client engagement is a key strength and her people centered nature is clear to see
If you're an owner looking to rent your Tauranga based property, I would highly recommend Abbey [Staircase] to manage your property. Her character and ethics wanting the best for both the owner and tenant certainly ensures that your 'investment' is in good hands and the tenants will be treated as people
