★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a ridiculous experience- Went in to buy some drinks, made a quick phone call to check what my friend wanted (less than a minute, not even a chitchat), a blond lady at the counter calls out, that it is rude to make phone calls in the shop?! picks up the eftpos card like it is a dirt then throws card back on the counter table like I am some trash. Usually the owners or workers here are nice, if she is the new owner, she needs to learn proper customer service, what a joke this is. Especially in small town like Timaru So unpleasant, not even worth 1 star.
