★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fortunate to come across STARTnow at a time in my life where I felt really stuck career-wise and couldn't see a way forward. I knew I wanted to continue working but kept hitting walls that left me feeling dissatisfied at best and cynical and unmotivated at worst. Workshopping with with Melissa significantly contributed to me becoming unstuck. I have ceased putting all my eggs into one basket. Instead I now spread my time and energy over a number of activities that energise me and bring me joy. This includes two volunteer roles, a passive income activity, plus what I believe is my perfect (paid) role - and believe me, I had a big "must have" list which I'm pleased to say I ticked everything off on!. I don't think this would have all come together in such an organic way, and in such a relatively short timeframe had I not invested in the 1:1 workshop. Thanks Melissa!

She was empathetic and supportive while it was all fresh, and moulded her approach in supporting me on my next career steps based on my needs. I loved that she had supplementary videos to her design tools to flesh the ideas out and provide more guidance around them. Then we came together to gather all my workings and she helped create a great overall picture of where I could head next. Just so helpful having Melissa provide structure and guidance so I didn't have to go it alone. Thank you Melissa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Melissa, her coaching and her Career to Love Program. There are tons of career coaches out there but to be honest, they won't be as effective as what Melissa does.
I completed Melissa's program recently and am working with her as a coach as I move forward towards making my new career happen.
I have a background in teaching and UI/graphic design and was feeling stuck as to what direction to go in. I was well over teaching (and I now know it was never a fit for me on many levels). My passion is design but visual design/UI doesn't pay enough on it's own... This was the problem I came to Melissa with.
Melissa helped me uncover a blindspot (UX) and I now have clarity and direction. I'm now doing a fast-track Diploma in UX design to plug a skills gap, so I can go for combined UI/UX roles - A growing industry with excellent salary potential over time.
And, I have direction for the longer term too beyond this.
Melissa really knows her stuff, across many industries. She also has global knowledge and experience. She's not wishy washy and is a powerful coach. I have already started recommending her to others. Thanks Melissa!
