★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with them. Ordered steel, had to cancel order, had already paid via bank transfer. Asked to use the credit for different steel, told I could not, so paid again for the different steel. Then when i asked for the refund into the exact same account they said they wouldn't unless I provided a full bank details screen shot. Only way to get refund is to go back a 3rd time to get refund in person.
Not worth the hassle, as well as they won't dock 6 and 8m lengths into user friendly sizes.
Save the hassle and deal with Easy Steel whangarei, have used them a few times now and always competitive on price and super easy to deal with.
