Their original distribution site was North Shore, excellent service, extremely reliable and the accounts, never had a problem. Unfortunately they closed the branch and moved out south. Problems started immediately. Over charging of steel, at one time I was charge $1001 for a $107 order. The amount of times I had to call our rep to sort it out, fell on deaf ears. The accounts dept is also a complete shambles. I finally stopped ordering in July, we have now found a far more reliable source on the Shore.
