From pushing the bank for a response and to change some of our conditions, to listening to me freaking out or asking him 21 questions at strange times.

As the housing market is competitive, David was realistic but supportive when we were unsuccessful on tenders. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We approached Stephanie Murray Mortgages in August 2021 regarding a loan for our new build. Being completely out of our depth, Stephanie and Emma have been amazing at talking us through the processes and making sure that we knew exactly what was happening.
Emma Kain has been our client manager and she has been absolutely fantastic!! Frequent communication between Emma and myself has left me in the know right around the clock. It has been a long process to get consents and building plans approved, but Emma has been great at making sure all of our information and communications with the bank was on time and accurate.
Thank you Stephanie and Emma for making us feel safe while going through this slightly scary time of handling big numbers and legal documents. We greatly appreciate all of the time and effort you put into keep things moving.
