β β β β β Got charged over $300 for a what should have been warranty work and was told that I had 'overused' my professional grade chainsaw that was only 5 months old. I had used it for 10 hours max, none of which would be considered 'hard' for a chainsaw of this calibre. What ever happened to standing by the product you sell rather than ripping people off?

β β β β β I find Steve and the Motueka team to be fantastic. They have good kit at good prices, are professional and go out of their way to help. I note a previous review that suggested they are not good on warranty issues. I have brought back two items under waranty and it could not have been easier.

β β β β β Poor service sadly I took a chain saw in and asked for a new bar and chain no problem . . Drove a hour home got all the gear sorted to go clear trees of a accsess road to then find out some Muppet from the store had made up a chain and used the incorrect joining link. When approached about this mistake it was fixed yet no apologies or refund of the chain nor appreciation of my 3+ hours wasted time. Just rude and un professional. This is the last time i will shop there for I don't like to waste either time nor money.
