I walked in with a few specific needs and not only did Mark direct me to a product, he clearly explained how and why it fit my needs, adjusted the strap and handle for me, fuelled it and showed me how to use it, packed a bag with all the goodies which came with it, and carried it out to my car... AND it was on sale! Win win! I love the idea of a complementary service check within a next couple of months too, just to make sure it’s all working as is should.

Recieved a text to say it was ready to pick up this morning. The young chap who served me commented he had the same model and proceeded to explain all the features. Including how you could rotate the head to do edges as well. Will be popping back in for more blades no doubt. Thanks team.
