★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought pair of Nike running shoes. Sales assistant was very knowledgeable, and I felt very confident I got the right pair. After a couple of runs, I know I got the right pair. They have a great selection. They are owned by locals which is important to me. Rather they have my money than some rebel corporate company.

Ordered beanie that was not in stock,delivered in 2 days which as I was on holiday and due to return home I thought first class.
Great selection of sports wear and service with a smile,will definitely return when here next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped into Stirlings to see if they had the NY new era cap in my colour and THEY DID! My son and nephew ended up walking out with a cap too plus some! Mark is awesome, welcomed us, chitchat about Auckland and helped us out with some gears, Very clean store and would recommend those stopping into Queenstown to visit Mark @ Stirlings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I visited the store in QT and my partner saw a Packers jersey that he loved but unfortunately did not buy at the time. We are from Christchurch and assumed we would be able to find it here but had no luck. We searched every store and online and still couldn’t find the same one. I decided to call the store in QT and Mark answered. When I explained what I was looking for he knew exactly what I was talking about, explained in detail the jersey and even showed me a video of it to confirm it was the same one my partner had wanted. He then posted it out to me the next morning and I received it a day later. I was so blown away at the awesome customer service he provided, and how he went out of his way to make sure the outcome was positive. Thank you so much Mark! Your effort and kindness was one you don’t come across that often these days, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!!
